Online Enrollment Directions

Commerce Public Schools is pleased to present online enrollment for all students. The online student enrollment forms are designed to provide a faster and more convenient way for parents to pre-register their child into the Commerce School system.

*For parents without access to a computer or unable to access the internet, each school has computers or Chromebooks available that you can use on-site.

To get started with the correct set of instructions, please carefully choose from the following :

Enroll a new student who has NEVER been in the Commerce School District (including Commerce Head Start, Alexander Elementary School, Commerce Middle School or Commerce High School) at ANY time in the past.

Enroll a student that finished the previous school year at a Commerce School and will return for the next school year.

You will need your parent powerschool login to enroll returning students.  If you do not have it please call the school office.

Enroll a student coming from outside the Commerce District, but who had previously attended Commerce at ANY time in the past.
(including Commerce Head Start, Alexander Elementary School, Commerce Middle School or Commerce High School)

To Enroll a Former Student please call the school office and provide your name and the name of the returning student(s).

The completion and submission of this packet is required for your child’s enrollment in Commerce Public Schools. Also, please upload, email, or physically bring in a copy of the following documents to your student’s building office:

  • Student’s State-Issued Birth Certificate

  • Student’s Shot Records

  • Student’s Social Security Card (optional, but recommended)

  • Student, parent, or grandparent’s CDIB/Tribal Membership Cards (if applicable)

  • Proof of Residency (Any of the following)

    • Proof of payment of local personal income tax or ad valorem taxes

    • Title to residential property in the district, a valid unexpired lease agreement, or receipts for payment of rent on a district residence in which the applicant actually resides

    • Proof of provisions of utilities

    • A valid, unexpired motor vehicle operator’s permit or motor vehicle registration

    • Maintenance of voter registration

    • Notarized affidavit verifying residency and that the affiant has assumed the permanent care and custody of the student. (The filing of a false affidavit shall be subject to punishment in accordance with 70 O.S. §1-113(A)(1).)
