Commerce Public Schools has arranged for sports physicals to be offered at the Commerce High School gym on Thursday, May 9th 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. These physicals are for all students entering grades 6-12 that wish to participate in athletics. Current athletes will do their physicals during their athletic hours. The cost of the physicals will be only $10. Please bring a check or exact change. The physical forms must be signed by a parent or guardian and the student athlete.
We are using a state required form that has been sent home with all athletes. This will be the only day the school is able to offer physicals and if you're unable to attend that day it will be up to the student and parents to get a physical before the student can participate in the fall. Please thank the Commerce Community Health Center for providing this valuable service to our district.
The elementary tiger track meet is also scheduled for Thursday May 9th. 5th grade students will be allowed to go into the gym to receive a physical on their downtime during the track meet. Parents please accompany the student to complete the form if you do not have it prepared in advance.
