The football game vs Wyandotte for this Friday has been moved up to Thursday night.
The game will start at 7 pm on 11/3/22 at Wyandotte.
Also, Please note -
BNSF will be closing the railroad crossing on Main Street going into Wyandotte starting Tuesday, November 1st @ 10am and will remain closed for approximately 3 days.
Traffic will be detoured down 155 rd. from South Highway 10 to reach downtown Wyandotte.
Lady Tigers Cross Country just completed a great first year!
Lacy Brough 5th place at State, with a Personal Record of 12:41.62.
The Commerce Lady Tiger team finished 8th overall (out of 21 state qualifying teams).
Right to left Arianna Rodriguez, Irish McCleary, Lacy Brough, Hannah Young, McKenzie Carter, Natalie Sanchez, Chrysanna Harter. They all ran their own Personal Records today!
Commerce is very proud of these young ladies!

The opening ceremony for The Great Deer Hunt will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at the Commerce High School Gym.
The event – a joint project of the River Bottom Sportsmen and the Mid-America Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America – is a muzzleloader deer hunt for disabled/paralyzed American veterans.
The Great Deer Hunt allows disabled American veterans an opportunity to enjoy a weekend of food, fun, and fellowship, as well as the thrill of the hunt.
The event is now in its 14th year.
The hunt coincides with the fall muzzleloader season in Oklahoma and run through Sunday, Oct. 30.
🚨ATTENTION🚨
The OSSAA has enacted a new rule (Suspension from Athletic Activities for Unsporting Behavior Rule) in efforts to improve sportsmanship at HS & MS athletic events.
Any “egregious” unsportsmanlike behavior by Coaches, Players, or Fans two or more times in the same season / same sport will cause the SUSPENSION of the TEAM and/or Individual from the rest of the season.
The OSSAA cited some the following examples of “egregious” unsportsmanlike behavior:
- Fans constantly verbally attacking officials.
- Fans physically attacking officials.
- Fans attacking other fans at athletic events.
- Coaches physically attacking or verbally berating officials.
- Players getting into fights with other players while shaking hands at the end of contests.
- Student sections verbally chanting inappropriate or demeaning chants at individuals, teams, or officials.
